本实验以明胶、壳聚糖、PVA为原料,以甲醛为交联剂制备透明、柔软、均匀的明胶/壳聚糖/PVA水凝胶。通过对成胶最佳温度、pH、质量比进行优化,并对水凝胶的溶胀性、力学性能和保水性进行测试研究,为进一步改善水凝胶的性能提供理论依据。实验结果表明当明胶用量为0.2 g,明胶、壳聚糖、PVA的质量比为2∶2∶1,交联温度为25℃,加入交联剂量为0.001 L时可以制得表面光滑、柔软和高溶胀度的水凝胶。%Using formaldehyde as crosslinking agent, the gelatin/chitosan/PVA hydrogel was prepared with gelatin, Chitosan and PVA in this experiment. It provides theoretical basis for further improving hydrogel performance by optimizing reaction temperature, pH, mass ratio and evaluating the properties of the hydrogel such as the swelling, water-retaining and mechanical property. The results showed that as the amount of gelatin was 0.2g, the gelatin∶chitosan∶PVA=2∶2∶1, the crosslinking temperature was 25℃, when the amount of cross-linking agent was added 0.001L, the surface was smooth, soft and high degree of the hydrogel.
