海外汉语师资的可持续发展对策研究--以塔吉克斯坦汉语师资为例

摘要

随着海外汉语教学的发展，师资成为影响汉语教学发展的重要因素之一。文章以塔吉克斯坦汉语师资为例，分析了塔吉克斯坦汉语师资不足的原因，提出了海外汉语师资可持续发展的策略。%With the development of Chinese language teaching overseas, teaching staff becomes an important factor in its teaching.With a case study in Tajikistan, this article analyzes the causes of insufficient teaching staff of Chinese teaching in the country, and provides solutions for the sustainable development of Chinese Teaching staff overseas.
