Based on the new ordering of fuzzy numbers,in this paper the definition of the subdifferential of preinvex fuzzy-valued function is given,the characterization of the subdifferential by the maximum cycle monotonicity is discussed.%给出了新序意义下预不变凸模糊数值函数次微分的定义,并利用次微分映射的最大循环单调性刻划了预不变凸模糊数值函数的次微分。
