基于减小阻力的油船最佳纵倾数值计算研究

         

摘要

When ship speed changes on the voyage ,the ship resistance can be kept to a minimum by ad-justing the pitch ,w hich is helpful for energy-saving and emission reduction .In this paper ,the numer-ical simulation method is used to study the change law of resistance of 46000 DWT oil tanker with dif-ferent pitch ,and then a regression formula is obtained .The resistance value of the tanker in flat float-ing state is calculated with RANS equation and finite volume method (FVM ) The results are compared with the model test results .Then ,the same numerical method is used to calculate the resistance of the oil tanker under a series of trim values ,and the influence of trim on ship model resistance is analyzed . Finally ,the regression formula of the total resistance is presented under different trims and speeds , which has a certain value for the prediction of the actual tanker's trim adjustment .%航行中船舶的航速改变时,通过调整纵倾可以使船舶受到的阻力总是维持在最小,有利于提升船舶节能减排成效.文中采用数值计算方法研究载重量46000 t油船不同航速时的阻力随纵倾值的变化规律,并进行回归分析.采用RANS方程及有限体积法(FVM),数值计算了油船在平浮状态下的阻力值,并与模型试验结果进行对比验证.然后计算不同航速、纵倾下的油船阻力,分析其纵倾变化对船模阻力的影响.在此基础上,提出油船在不同纵倾及航速下总阻力值的回归公式,对实际油船航行纵倾调整具有指导意义.
