The Hollywood movie Troy restates the classical Homer’s Epic, which manifests the typical model of the Hollywood film industry. In terms of the comparative perspective of multiple film versions, Troy’s narrative strategies are more distinct, which can be reflected from three aspects blow: Firstly, it is focus on the liberal heroes, but completely hides the thearchies; Secondly, romantic narrative and aesthetic frames are created to cater and please the audience; Thirdly, the historical sense from Homer’s Epic is weakened by the modern interpretation of existentialism.
