构建高等教育质量保障的伦理框架--基于大学制度伦理的考量

         

摘要

大学制度伦理是大学制度本身所蕴含的伦理品质以及人们从外部对大学制度合理性的价值判断。在教育制度日趋完善的当代,探究大学制度后隐藏的伦理道德,不仅是大学自我定位、自我完善的重要途径,而且为高等教育质量的提高、高等教育质量保障体系的构建提供了伦理架构。对大学制度伦理内涵进行剖析、对高等教育质量保障体系的制度伦理向度分析,从相关利益者理论出发,提出以学生的认同度、职工的忠诚度、融资的资信度、竞争的合理性、联盟的稳定性、社会的融合度以及社会美誉度来构建高等教育质量保证的伦理框架。%The institutional ethics of higher education is ethical quality contained in the higher education system it⁃self, as well as the value judgment towards the university system rationality from outside by the public. The contem⁃porary education system is maturing, studying the ethics, hidden in the higher education system is not only an impor⁃tant way for the University's self-position, and self-improvement, but provides the ethical framework for improving the quality of higher education, and constructing Higher Education Quality Assurance System. Therefore, the paper will dissect the ethical connotation of the higher education system, and analyze the institutional ethics dimension of the Higher Education Quality Assurance System, aiming to build the ethical framework for Higher Education Quality Assurance System , based on the criterion put forward from the theory of stakeholders concerned as follows:a reason⁃able degree of students' recognition, staff loyalty, the creditworthiness of the financing, competition rationality , the Union stability , social integration and social reputation.
