能力导向型教师教育数字化课程体系构建

         

摘要

Digital curriculum environment for teacher education to create an experience and practice of the situa⁃tion, the teacher education from the "teaching" mode to "learning" mode change. The use of digital resources on the network platform not only provide students a theoretical explanation, but also create a platform for the exchange of experience and display their ability. Under the digital curriculum environment, the school mechanism and the class⁃room teaching structure are facing new changes. The new direction of the development of teacher education is how to build a system of the curriculum module based on the teacher's professional competence and how to construct the blended learning mode based on technology. Using high speed and convenient campus network construct an environ⁃ment to promote the development of student teachers' professional ability, universities continuous reform of curricu⁃lum modules and teaching content. Universities improve the evaluation system based on the ability of students, pro⁃vide students with a close to elementary and secondary school environment, understanding the connotation of teacher occupation from the practice experience.%数字化课程体系为教师教育创设了一个体验、交流、分享的新环境,教师教育应从“适教”模式向“适学”模式转变。数字化课程体系不仅给学习者提供了大量的教学资源,而且还为学习者创设了一个教学经验交流和从师技能展示的平台。教师教育运行机制与课堂教学结构面临新的变迁,能力导向型课程模块的规划和混合学习方式的应用将是教师教育改革的新举措。高师院校要利用校园网构建一个促进学生教师职业能力发展的数字化环境,不断改革教师教育课程模块、教学方式以及管理模式,建立信息化的学生教师职业能力测评体系,让学生在接近实景的环境下学习、体验、感悟教师职业内涵。
