我国HRM本科教育二十年回顾与展望

         

摘要

Since Human Resource Management became an independent undergraduate major in 1998, it has been regarded as one of the most popular and promising majors for higher education in China. This paper looks back on the developing history of HRM major, and explores on its development in the future. Although there are still vast needs for HRM professionals, the supply-demand situation has changed because of the dramatic expansion of colleges of undergraduate courses for HRM. The Education Administration Institutes should maintain a reasonable scale for HRM undergraduate education according to the need of HRM professionals from China's society and economic development. Also, when the college provides HRM undergraduate courses, they should increasingly put an emphasis on the employment competitive advantage on human resource market , and choose diversified high quality as their future strategy.%自1998年成为一个独立专业以来,人力资源管理本科专业一直被看做我国高等学校中最热门和最具发展潜力的专业之一。本文回顾了我国人力资源管理本科专业的发展历程,并对未来我国人力资源管理本科专业的发展进行了展望。本文认为,我国对人力资源管理专业人才的社会需求仍大量存在,但是随着我国人力资源管理本科院校的迅速发展,供求形势已悄然变化。教育主管部门应在深入分析社会经济发展对本专业毕业生的总量需求的基础上合理控制培养规模;各本科院校逐渐需要考虑本校毕业生在人才市场上的就业竞争力问题,走特色与质量相结合的发展道路。
