基于层次分析法的项目经理的选拔体系模型

项目经理是决定项目管理成败的关键人物，选拔出优秀的项目经理是一个项目成功运作的开始。通过分析项目经理应具备的素质与能力，构建项目经理选拔体系指标，运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重，再按模糊综合评价方法进行评判，使项目经理选拔更加科学、客观、准确。%Project manager is the key person to decide the success or failure of the project management, the selection of excellent project managers is the beginning of a successful project. This paper analyses the quality and ability of the project manager should possess, construct the index of project manager selection system, and using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, judge according to the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,to make the selection of project manager more scientific, objec-tive and accurate.
