近年来,我国越来越多的建筑公司参与到国际建筑市场上竞争,但其管理仍然比较粗放.建筑公司要改善在管理上存在的问题,就必须提高员工的能力以及素质,尤其是项目经理的素质.本文创建了项目经理的胜任力模型,结合模糊综合评价法计算出模型各个因素的相对权重,使得模型更丰富,在实践中具有一定的应用价值.%Nowadays, more and more construction companies in our country enter international construction market, but there management style is still extensive. They must improve abilities and qualities of employees especially project managers if they want to improve the situation of management. This paper builds competence model of project manager> combining FAHP to calculate relative weight of each factor, so it has some application value.
