复杂曲面五轴数控加工误差分析及控制

Summarized in this paper are the types of surface error, and analyzed are the error of cusp height and feed motion in 5-axis NC machining. Finally proposed are applied method of controlling the surface error and given are two examples.%总结了数控加工误差的类型，分析了五轴数控加工的走刀运动误差和残留高度误差，并提出了相应的实用控制方法，最后给出了两个实例。
