基于产品部分检验的设备单行布局建模与仿真

         

摘要

To solve the problem that the model based on deterministic production, single objective optimization and all product inspection can not reflect the demands of the workshop layout of facilities fully and faithfully, a fuzzy mathematical model considering multi-product production and multi-objective optimization under uncertainty environment is constructed. Considering the influence of partial product inspection on logistics distance, the formulation of logistics cost is modified. The software of eM-Plant is used for the optimum choice of problem simulation , and the influence of simulation ' s steady-state settings on the simulation result is studied. An example shows that this method is of feasibility and practicability, which is more adaptable to practical production, and it can provide reference for the related research.%为解决基于确定性生产、单目标优化和产品全检构建的数学模型不能全面、真实地反映车间设备布局需求的问题,构建不确定性环境下多产品生产、多目标组合优化的模糊数学模型.考虑到产品部分检验对物流距离的影响,修改物流成本计算公式;运用eM-Plant软件进行问题仿真选优,讨论仿真稳态设置对仿真结果的影响.实例应用表明,该方法具有可行性和实用性,更贴合实际生产,可为相关研究提供参考.
