运动技术教学原理构建

摘要

On the basis of analyzing sports technique teaching principles described in various textbooks, the authors contemplated sports technique teaching principles: sports technique teaching principles should be established ac-cording to people’s sport learning characteristics and sport learning formation stages, by comprehensively referring to learning theories existing at home and abroad:at the first stage of sports technique formation, there are mainly the theory of humanistic meaningful learning, the theory of observation and learning;at the second stage of sports tech-nique formation, there are mainly the theory of conditioned reflex, the theory of extrinsic intensified learning, the theory of observation and learning;at the third stage of sports technique formation, there is mainly the theory of in-sight learning.%　　在分析各类教材中有关运动技术教学原理的基础上，对运动技术教学原理进行了思考：运动技术教学原理应根据人类运动学习的特质、运动学习形成的阶段、综合国内外现有的学习理论进行构建：在运动技术形成的第1阶段主要呈现人本主义的有意义学习理论、观察学习理论；在运动技术形成的第2阶段主要呈现条件反射理论、外在强化学习理论、自我强化学习理论和观察学习理论；在运动技术形成的第3阶段主要呈现顿悟学习理论。
