社会工作介入高校思想政治教育的借鉴与创新

摘要

Colleges of social work is one of the innovative work of ideological and political education for embedded develop-ment.Western development of social work in a wide range of aspects of normalization,standardization of the education system and educational awareness education pathway played a positive role in promoting ideological education of its citizens.The use of concepts and methods School of Social Work ideological and political education is necessary and feasible,the school of social work involved in ideological and political education,we should pay attention to do social work specialization and professional,to enhance professional supervision,school integration advantages of resources,optimize resource utilization in conj unction,pay attention to ethical principles,focusing on diversification.%高校社会工作模式是一次对高校思想政治教育工作的创新性嵌入式发展。西方社会工作发展在教育途径的广泛化、教育体系的规范化和教育意识的常态化方面对其公民思想教育起到了积极的促进作用。运用学校社会工作的理念和方法介入高校思想政治教育是必要的和可行的。我国将社会工作介入高校思想政治教育中，要做到注重社会工作的专业化和职业化，加强专业督导，整合学校优势资源，优化资源结合利用率，注重伦理原则和多元化发展。
