Objective To discuss the effect of class operation evaluation system or. Clinical nursing teaching and to provide guidance for clinical nursing practice. Methods The study involved experiment group in which a reformed teaching approach was applied and control group with a planned teaching approach and a self-designed evaluation form was used 9 months after practice. Results Nursing students in experiment group were more satisfied with the teaching including teaching planning and preparation, clinical teaching environment and clinical leaching method (P<0.05) and the improvement from 14 factors showed statistic significance (P< 0,05). Conclusion Class operation evaluation system is beneficial to the standardization of clinical teaching and the improvement of the quality of clinical teaching.%目的 探讨课堂运作评价教学体系应用于临床护理带教的作用,为指导护理本科临床实习带教工作提供理论依据.方法 根据"实用测评系列Ⅲ:课堂运作评价"教学体系改革临床带教,试验组2006级71名护生采用改革后的带教方案,对照组2005级84名护生采用原来的带教方案,两组分别在实习9个月后采用自编评价表进行评价.结果 试验组护生对教学计划和准备、临床教学环境和临床课堂教学3个方面的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中14个因子的提高有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 课堂运作评价教学体系能规范临床护理教学程序,有效提高临床护理实习教学质量,对临床护理教学具有良好的指导作用.
