重庆市25所医院开展优质护理服务示范工程活动的现状调查

         

摘要

Objective To explore nurses' knowledge of and attitude toward as well as measures and effects of Quality Nursing Demonstration Program in Chongqing. Methods A total of 393 nurses from 25 hospitals in Chongqing were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire. Results Clinical nurses who took positive attitude toward responsibility holistic nursing accounted for 98.0% and those who regarded responsibility holistic nursing was indispensable accounted for 96.9%. 82.4% of the nurses thought that the main difficulty for launching Quality Nursing Demonstration Program was the shortage of nurses. Only 46.6% nurses agreed that nurses' salary was reasonable, Besides, there were statistically difference among nurses' opinions on different employment models (P< 0.01). Conclusion Most nurses take a positive attitude toward Quality Nursing Demonstration Program, which is supported by their hospitals as well. The shortage of nurses and incomplete logistics support system arc urgent problems.%目的 了解重庆市临床护士对开展优质护理服务示范工程活动的认知态度以及医院落实相关措施及效果情况.方法 采用自行设计的问卷对来自重庆市25所医院的393名临床护士进行责任制整体护理、优质护理服务的认知、态度及落实情况调查分析.结果 98.0%临床护士对于责任制护理持正确、积极的认知态度,77.1%的病房已经尝试了责任制整体护理排班模式;96.9%护士认为有必要持续开展优质护理服务活动;84.7%的护士认为责任制护理模式不适合在基层医院开展;97.7%的临床护士期望分管床位不超过8张;82.4%护士认为"人力资源不足"是当前最主要的困难.35.4%的护士将优质护理误解为就是加强生活护理;53.4%的护士不认同当前的薪酬分配方式的合理性,编外护士对此合理性的认同度更低(P<0.01).结论 开展优质护理服务医院的护士普遍持正确、积极的认知态度,有关医院进行了一定的人力、物资补充,积极推行了责任制整体护理模式,并取得了明显效果.护理人力资源和后勤保障不足仍然是当前亟待解决的问题,建议管理部门加强对临床护士配置的监管,医院有关领导应高度重视,集全院各部门的力量,共同促进优质护理服务的深入开展;部分护士没有真正理解优质护理内涵,应进一步加强对优质护理服务内涵的宣传与培训工作;护士薪酬分配未充分体现合理性,尚需大力改革推进护士薪酬分配制度.
