短信平台在糖尿病专科护理管理中的应用

摘要

This paper summarized the application arid effect of SMS platform in the nursing management of diabetes mellitus.With SMS platform,two group leaders in diabetes nursing group sent various notices and short messages booked to outpatients,patients after discharge,patients in diabetes club,patients among the list of database management and 29 nurses of diabetes nursing group.The application of SMS platform system was effective in the management of diabetic patients and the reasonable allocation of nurses,and plays a positive role in enhancing working efficiency.%探讨短信平台在糖尿病专科护理管理中的应用及效果.与中国移动公司合作,使用专门的短信网关设备与医院的各个业务系统相对接,利用短信平台,糖尿病专科小组2名组长利用短信通知、短信预订功能,以短信群发的方式,将各类通知、公告和预订短信,及时发送给门诊、出院后、糖尿病之友俱乐部、数据库管理的糖尿病患者及29名专科小组护士.使用短信平台系统有利于院内外糖尿病患者的管理,更利于专科小组人力资源合理使用,有助于提升专科工作效率.
