情景教学法在用药护理教学中的应用

         

摘要

目的评价情景教学法在用药护理教学中的应用效果。方法抽取2011级3个班级152名护生在用药护理教学中实施情景教学法:借助医院由国家财政支持的较完善的护理实训基地,建立医生、药师、护士、患者互动的高度仿真模拟系统,包括仿真病房与药房;向护生发布精选的临床实际发生的用药护理教学案例,提出相关问题;护生以小组为单位进入仿真病房,分医生组、药师组、护士组、患者组,每组派1名护生扮演相应角色参加,再现医疗事故的现场,或再现不良反应发生过程。课程结束后比较情景教学组与传统教学组的用药护理的知识与技能的考核成绩,并作情景教学法组护生问卷调查,以评价情景教学法在用药护理教学中的实施效果。结果采用情景教学组的护生平均分和优秀率都显著高于非情景教学组;90%以上的护生认为能激发学习兴趣和提升岗位责任感,有利于掌握核心职业技能。结论情景教学法能提高用药护理教学效果,提升用药护理能力;用药护理事故体验可有效激发护生学习兴趣和责任感,有效强化岗位责任。%Objective To evaluate the effect of scene simulation teaching on the teaching of medication care. Methods One hundred and fifty two students in three classes were selected and taught with scene simulation teaching. Then the command of knowledge and skills of medication care was tested and a comparison was conducted for the test result from students receiving scene simulation teaching and those receiving traditional teaching. The survey was also carried out to evaluate the effect of scene simulation teaching. Results The average test score and excellent rate of the students receiving scene simulation teaching were significantly higher than those of students receiving traditional teaching. More than 90%of the students recognized that scene simulation teaching can stimulate learning interest, enhance sense of job responsibility, and contribute to grasping the core work skills. Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching, scene simulation teaching can strengthen the sense of job responsibility, standardize operations, increase learning interest and teaching effectiveness, and enhance students’ nursing competency.
