护士不良事件报告态度、行为意向及行为调查分析

         

摘要

目的分析护士不良事件的报告态度、行为意向及行为.方法采用中文版临床不良事件报告量表对上海市3所三级医院和2所二级医院的453名临床一线护士进行调查.结果报告态度各维度得分最高为对责备文化的感知,最低为对报告系统本身的感知.对“临床场景”,报告意向介于“可能”与“极其可能”之间的护士数占91.6%;今后报告不良事件的可能性介于“可能”与“极其可能”之间的护士数占77.0%.既往亲眼目睹或亲身经历过不良事件的护士人数占52.1%,其中对不良事件采取上报行为的护士数占64.0%.结论护士不良事件报告态度和行为意向较为积极,但尚存在漏报、瞒报现象,还有待从构建非惩罚、和谐的团队文化氛围,提高护士认知度和对报告益处的感知,完善报告系统自身建设等方面加以改善.%Objective To analyze nurses’ attitude, behavior intention and behavior toward and of reporting adverse events. Methods A total of 453 nurses were investigated with the Chinese version of Reporting of Clinical Adverse Events Scale. Results The highest score of dimension about reporting attitude was perception of blame, and the dimension of perception of report procedures scored lowest. When adverse events as described in the scale happened, the number of nurses who would and will report them accounted for 91.6%and 77.0%respectively. The nurses who once witnessed or experienced adverse events accounted for 52.1%;and those who once reported adverse events accounted for 64.0%. Conclusion Although nurses’ attitude and behavior intention toward and for reporting adverse events is positive, at present, there still exist missing report and concealed report. Nurses’ awareness and perception of reporting benefits needs to be enhanced and the reporting system still needs to be improved.
