门诊抽血室护理固定岗与动态岗联合管理的效果研究

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of the management mode of combining fixed and dynamic positions in outpatient blood collection room. Methods The development of management mode of combining fixed and dynamic position in outpatient blood collection room was introduced, including the qualification, training and assessment of dynamic position, quality control, satisfaction evaluation and salary management. The effects before and after the implementation of the management were compared. Results The waiting time was shortened 8.74 min in rush hour and the satisfaction rate of patients increased (P<0.01) Labor cost was reduced by 2.13 fixed positions while nurses' working enthusiasm was enhanced. Conclusion The management mode of combing nursing fixed and dynamic position can effectively shorten patients ' waiting time, improve their satisfaction and reduce labor cost in outpatient blood collection room, which plays an important role in the development of quality nursing services.%目的 研究护理固定岗与动态岗联合管理模式在门诊抽血室的应用效果.方法 介绍固定岗与动态岗联合管理模式构建过程,包括对动态岗护士资格审核、培训、考核、质量控制、满意度测评和薪酬管理环节,比较实施前后的应用效果.结果 门诊抽血室高峰时段患者抽血等候时间缩短8.74 min,患者对服务评价满意的满意度较之前明显提高(P<0.01),抽血室护士人力成本降低,约减少了2.13个护士,新护士工作积极性提高.结论 护理固定岗与动态岗联合管理模式可以缩短门诊抽血室高峰时段患者抽血等候时间,提高患者满意度,节约人力成本,在持续推动优质护理服务中发挥了积极有效的作用.
