一种新的有效的MIMO-UWB信道模型及其在STBC-UWB系统中的应用

         

摘要

Aim. The introduction of the full paper points out that the existing MIMO-UWB channel can not accurately estimate the performance of UWB (ultra wideband) communication system, and then, in its last paragraph,it proposes a new and effective MIMO-UWB channel model for application to STBC-UWB system; STBC stands for space time block coding. The core of section 1 consists of: 1 ) we use the parallel wave approximation theory to establish the MIMO-UWB channel model; 2) we implement the channel model with a five-step procedure; 3 ) we measure the indoor MIMO-UWB channel information. The core of section 2 is that we analyze the STBC single-carrier UWB system with frequency domain equalization, whose block diagram is given in Fig. 2. Section 3 simulates the bit error rate (BER) performance of the STBC-UWB system; the simulation results, given in Figs. 3 and 4,and their analysis show preliminarily that: 1 ) the performance of our channel model can approach that of the indoor-measured channel; 2) our channel model can estimate the BER performance more accurately than the channel model with independent sub-channels.%现存的MIMO-UWB(multi-input multi-output ultra wideband)信道模型不能准确地评价UWB通信系统的性能.文章采用平行波近似理论,在单输入单输出UWB双向信道模型的基础上,结合实际信道测量提出了一种新的有效的MIMO-UWB信道模型并把它应用到STBC-UWB(space time block coding ultra wideband)单载波频域均衡系统中.仿真结果表明,该信道模型可以很好地逼近室内测量信道,比子信道相互独立的信道模型能更好地评价系统的误码率性能.
