杨木粉无胶模塑成形工艺参数优化

         

摘要

A series of single factor tests were made to optimize the process of self-bonding mold forming of poplar powder by response surface methodology in terms of forming pressure, forming temperature, and holding time. The optimal forming process was evaluated by static bending strength, internal bond strength, tensile strength, and water absorption. A mathematical model of static bending strength was created. The optimal self-bonding mold forming process of poplar powder was obtained as forming pressure 70 Mpa, forming temperature 160 degrees C, and holding time 30 min. The density of the specimens was 1.38 g/cm3, and the static bending strength, tensile strength, and internal bond strength were 50.11, 20.77 and 4.23 Mpa respectively, while water absorption was only 2.57% under the optimal condition.%在成形压力、成形温度、保温保压时间3个单因素试验的基础上,运用响应面分析法,以试件的静曲强度、内结合强度、吸水率等4个性能指标为评价指标,对杨木粉末的高压无胶模塑成形最佳工艺进行了研究,并利用统计学方70 MP了试件的静曲强度二次多项数学模型.结果表明,杨木粉末的最佳高压无胶模塑成形工艺条件为:成形压力70 MPa、成形温度160℃、保温保压时间30 min;在最佳工艺条件下,试件材质塑化明显,密度高达1.38g/cm3,吸水率仅为2.57%,静曲强度、抗拉强度和内结合强度分别达到了50.11、20.77、4.23 MPa.
