In the present invention, the CRISPR/Cas9 system-based composition for correcting the genome of aspen tree and its use is disclosed. According to the composition and method according to the present invention, genetic correction of hyeonsushi tree based on the CRISPR/Cas9 system can be effectively performed without off-target, and can be used to improve hyeonsushi tree varieties such as stress tolerance through gene correction.
