木粉/酚醛模压复合材料抗弯强度的影响因素1)

         

摘要

利用Design-Expert软件设计响应面分析法研究以酚醛树脂及木粉为主要原料制备模压复合材料的工艺条件;详细讨论了施胶量、模压温度及时间对材料抗弯强度的影响。结果表明:利用酚醛树脂和木粉混合模压方式制备的复合材料性能优良,其制备材料最优工艺参数为施胶量54%,模压温度157℃,模压时间60 s/mm,产品抗弯强度为43.783 MPa,达到或超过GB/T 24137—2009标准要求。%We studied the optimum processing parameters to manufacture wood-resin hybrid composites with Design-Expert soft-ware to design response surface methodology , with wood powder as reinforcing materials and phenolic resin as matrix .We analyzed the impact of the resin content ,the molding temperature and time on flexural strength .The composite phenolic resin and wood powder mixed molding manner had an excellent performance .When the resin content was 54%( a phenolic resin comprises phenolic resin and wood flour mixture mass fraction ) , the molding temperature was 157℃, the molding time was 60 s/mm, we achieved the optimal effects for wood powder reinforced PF composite .Product flexural strength a-chieved 43.783 MPa, and confirmed to GB/T 24137-2009.
