肾透明细胞癌中Spl的表达特征及意义

摘要

Objective:To investigate the expression of transcription factor Spl in renal clear cell carcinoma( RCCC ) and its clinical significance. Methods: By using immunohistochemical PV - 6000 method to study the expressed level of Spl in 59 cases of RCCC and 11 cases of normal renal specimen. Results: The positive expression rate of Spl protein( 71.2％ ) in RCCC was significantly higher than that in normal renal tissue( 18.2％ ), and the positive expressed level of Spl was closely related to pathological grading and TNM stages of RCCC. Conclusion: Spl may act as a new biological marker that closely related to the carcinogenesis and progression of RCCC.%目的:探讨核转录因子Spl在肾透明细胞癌(renal clear cell carcinoma,RCCC)组织中的表达特征和临床意义.方法:用免疫组织化学PV-6000法,检测59例RCCC和11例正常肾脏组织中Spl的表达,分析其与肿瘤分级和分期的关系.结果:Spl在RCCC组织中阳性表达率为71.2%(42/59),明显高于正常肾组织的18.2%(2/11).Sp1蛋白阳性表达与RCCC的组织学分级和临床分期正相关.结论:转录因子Spl可作为一个新的与RCCC发生、发展密切相关的生物学标记物.
