甲状腺乳头癌的蛋白质组学研究进展

甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌系统恶性肿瘤,其发病率逐年上升,但甲状腺癌的术前准确诊断依然存在挑战.蛋白质组学的发展为甲状腺癌的研究提供了有力的手段,为甲状腺癌的发病机制探讨、早期诊断及疗效评价开辟新的思路,甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)是最常见的甲状腺癌.目前PTC的蛋白质组学研究仍然有限,本文详细介绍PTC的蛋白质组学研究的进展.%Thyroid carcinoma is the most prevalent malignancy of endocrine system, but it is still a challenge to make a definite diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma before operation. The development of proteomics provides a powerful tool for investigation of thyroid carcinoma, and sparkles new ideas for studying its pathogenesis, early diagnosis and evaluating the treatment. Papillary thyroid carcinoma ( PTC ) is the most common thyroid carcinoma. The investigation of PTC's proteomics currently remains limited. This article introduces the current research progress of the PTC's proteomics in detail.
