CT监视和CT引导下颅内血肿穿刺术感染率比较

摘要

Objective :To compare the infection rate of CT monitored with CT guided craniopuncture on treatment of intracranial hematoma.Methods: Data of 499 patients who accepted CT monitored and CT guided Craniopuncture on treatment of intracranial hematoma were collected from 2006.1 to 2010.1 about infection rate.Results:The infection rate of CT guided craniopuncture was 2.1％ while the CT monitored craniopuncture was 2.8 ％ , ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion:The infection rate between CT monitored and CT guided craniopuncture is not different.CT monitored craniopuncture is more effective and safer, and especially fitly used at basic level hospitals.%目的:比较CT监视和CT引导下颅内血肿穿刺术后感染率.方法:采用卡方检验,比较2006年1月-2010年1月期间在我科接受CT监视和CT引导下颅内血肿穿刺术449例术后感染率.结果:CT引导下穿刺术后感染率为2.1%,CT监视下穿刺术后感染率为2.8%,两者无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:和CT引导相比,CT监视下颅内血肿穿刺术并不增加感染率,是一种安全、有效的手术方法,尤其适用于在基层医院推广使用.
