子宫平滑肌肿瘤602例临床病理分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the age, location and histological type, etiology of uterine smooth muscle tumors. Methods: All 602 cases of uterine smooth muscle tumor specimens were embedded in paraffin, HE staining,optical microscopy. Results: Of 602 cases of tumors more common were in the intramural, subserosal, submucosal were rare, the peak age of onset between 40 - 50 years. Conclusion: The most common is benign smooth muscle tumors, malignant smooth muscle tumors are rare, uncertain malignant potential diagnostic criteria of uterine smooth muscle tumor is difficult.%目的:探讨子宫平滑肌肿瘤发病年龄、部位、组织学分型、病因.方法:对602例子宫平滑肌肿瘤标本进行石蜡包埋、HE染色,光学显微镜观察,WH0新分类为诊断标准.结果:602例中肌壁间肿瘤多见,浆膜下、黏膜下少见,发病高峰年龄在40-50岁之间.结论:在子宫平滑肌肿瘤中良性平滑肌瘤最多见,恶性平滑肌瘤很少见,恶性潜能未定的子宫平滑肌肿瘤诊断标准界于两者之间,较难把握,但随着诊断水平的提高会越来越少.
