FHL-2和COX-2在胃癌组织中表达及相关性分析

Objective :To explore FHL - 2 expression in gastric cancer and its correlation with the expression of COX -2. Methods: Expressions of FHL -2 and COX -2 were detected in 41 cases of gastric cancer by immunohistochemical analysis. Results : The positive rates of FHL - 2 and COX - 2 expression were 85. 4％ and 90. 2％ in gastric cancer, respectively. Expressions of FHL - 2 and COX - 2 in gastric cancer were significantly increased in chronic gastritis ( P ＜0. 05 ). FHL - 2 and COX - 2 were correlated in gastric cancer. Conclusion: The expressions of FHL -2 and COX -2 had correlation in gastric cancer .%目的:探讨FHL-2和COX-2在胃癌组织中的表达及相关性.方法:采用ABC免疫组化染色法检测41例胃癌患者的胃黏膜组织中FHL-2蛋白和COX-2蛋白的表达情况.结果:在胃癌组织中FHL-2和COX-2的表达阳性率分别为85.4%和90.2%,均显著高于慢性胃炎组织(P<0.05).FHL-2和COX-2在胃癌组织中表达具有相关性.结论:FHL-2 和COX-2在胃癌组织中的表达具有一定的相关性.
