脑胶质瘤致癫痫发作的危险因素分析

摘要

Objective : To explore the factors which lead to the epileptic seizure in the patients with gliomas.Methods :The clinical data of 159 patients which were treated in our department were analyzed retrospectively from January 2006 to november 2008 .Logistic multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the factors which are related to epileptic seizure.Results : Pathological type of the tumors ( β = - 0.803) ,size of tumor( β =0.547) and oedema of peritumor( β = 1 .166) were the significant factors in statistics.These odds ratios were 1 .729 ,3.210 , 0.448 respectively.Conclusions :The incidence of epilepsy in the patients with gliomas is related to pathological type ,the size of tumor and the oedema of peritumor.%目的:探讨导致胶质瘤患者癫痫发作的多种危险因素,并对这些危险因素进行分析.方法:回顾性分析2006年1月至2008年11月,于我科经手术病理证实为胶质瘤的159例患者的临床资料,根据患者的临床资料,采用SPSS统计软件,对导致癫痫的有统计学差异的筛选变量进行Logistic多元回归分析.结果:肿瘤大小( β=0.547),瘤周水肿带大小( β=1.166),肿瘤病理级别( β=-0.803)是导致癫痫发作的具有统计学意义的因素,其优势比(OR)分别为1.729、3.210、 0.448.结论:肿瘤大小,瘤周水肿带大小,肿瘤病理级别是导致癫痫发作的重要因素.
