美罗华联合方案治疗B细胞淋巴瘤的临床护理

摘要

目的:总结使用美罗华治疗B细胞非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤的临床护理要点.方法: 护理67例美罗华联合方案治疗的B细胞淋巴瘤患者,观察其治疗效果以及不良反应,总结相应的临床护理措施.结果: 67例患者中,CR 44例(65.7%),PR 17例(25.4%),总有效率91.0%.不良反应主要为:骨髓抑制1-2度50.7%、3-4度44.7%,2例出现荨麻疹,4例出现寒战、发热,2例出现血压下降.结论:美罗华联合方案治疗B细胞淋巴瘤效果显著并且安全,护理要点为严格掌握静脉滴注的速度,加强对过敏、畏冷、发热以及血液系统等不良反应的观察及护理.%Objective :To summarize the key point of nursing for combined Rituximab chemotherapy for B cell non - hodgkin' s lymphoma( NHL) .Methods : Total of 67 patients with B cell NHL received combined Rituximab chemotherapy , and were investigated the therapeutic and side - effect, explore the nursing measures.Results : Of 67 patients 44 patients(65.7％ ) achieved complete remission, 17 patients ( 25.4％ ) achieved partial reission , with a response rate of 91.0％ .Adverse reactions mainly included urticaria( 2 patients ) , shiver and fever( 4 patients ) , fall in blood preasure ( 2 patients) , myelosuppression ( grade Ⅰ - Ⅱ , 34 patients , 50.7％ ; grade Ⅲ - Ⅳ , 34 patients , 44.％ ) .Conclusion : Combined Rituximab chemotherapy is highly effctive and safe for B cell NHL , the key point of nursing is handling the velocity of intravenously guttae ; paying attention to the adverse reactions of allergic reactions , shiver, fever and myejosuppresion.
