多发性骨髓瘤误诊3例临床分析

摘要

目的:研究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床特征,误诊原因.方法:对我院误诊的3例多发性骨髓瘤病例进行回顾性分析.结果:MM首发症状与临床表现复杂多变,极易误诊、漏诊.结论:对MM的临床表现要综合分析,外周血涂片形态学检查可为临床提供重要参考,骨髓细胞学检查及骨髓活组织检查是确诊的首要方法.完善MM相关检测对避免误诊有重要意义.%Objective: To study the clinical characteristics of multiple myeloma ( MM) ,and reasons of misdiagnosis. Methods:Three cases of misdiagnosed multiple myeloma in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The early symptoms and clinical features of MM were complex and changeable, which is easily misdiagnosed and missed diagnosed. Conclusion: Clinical features of the MM should be comprehensive analysed, morphological examination of peripheral blood smear could provide important reference for clinic, cytological examination and biopsy of bone marrow are the primary diagnosis methods. Completed examinations are significant to avoid misdiagnosis of MM.
