CXCR4和COX-2在膀胱癌中的表达及其意义

摘要

Objective:To study the expression and relationship of CXCR4 and COX -2 in bladder carcinama. Methods: The expressions of CXCR4 and COX - 2 were determined in 30 tissue specimens of bladder carcinoma by immunohistochemistry technique. Results: The positive expression rates of CXCR4 and COX -2 of control group and treatment group were 20% ,20% and 77.5% ,80%. CXCR4 and COX -2 expression of mucosa were 50% ,61.1% , and that of muscular layer were 100% ,95. 5% . There was significant difference in two groups ( P <0. 01). There was positive correlation between CXCR4 and COX -2 in cancer group( r, = 0.477 ,P < 0.01). Conclusion: The expression of CXCR4 and COX - 2 may be used as new markers for early diagnosis and carcinomatous infiltration of patients with bladder carcinoma.%目的:探讨COX -2和CXCR4在膀胱癌中的表达及意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测30例膀胱癌患者CXCR4、COX -2蛋白表达,分析CXCR4和COX -2的表达与膀胱癌浸润程度的关系.结果:10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中,CXCR4、COX -2蛋白阳性表达率均为20％,30例膀胱癌组织中,其CXCR4、COX -2阳性表达率分别为77.5％、80％,P＜0.01,差异有统计学意义.病变局限在黏膜层的癌组织,其CXCR4、COX-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为50％、61.1％；浸润深度达肌层组的癌组织CXCR4、COX -2蛋白阳性表达率分别为100％、95.5％,P＜0.01,差异有统计学意义.经Spearman等级相关性分析表明,CXCR4和COX -2表达水平之间成正相关关系(r,=0.477,P＜0.01).结论:COX -2和CXCR4在浸润膀胱癌中均有较高表达,可以考虑作为膀胱癌早期的诊断、分析膀胱癌浸润程度的标志物.
