VEGFA-VEGFR2相关信号蛋白作用机制的研究进展

摘要

血管生成贯穿恶性肿瘤发生的全过程，影响肿瘤的发生发展和浸润转移，而恶性肿瘤的血管生成主要受VEGFA与VEGFR2调控。本文总结归纳近年来肿瘤血管生成VEGFA-VEGFR2信号通路上的相关信号蛋白及其作用机制的研究进展。%Angiogenesis accured in the whole process of malignant tumor affect the development and metastasis of tumor,and it is mainly regulated by VEGFA-VEGFR2.This article summarizes the pogresstion of the mechanisms of the signal proteins on the VEGFA-VEGFR2 signaling pathway.
