BC －819与肿瘤治疗

摘要

恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的多发病和常见病，肿瘤患者的死亡率一直处于前列。对于肿瘤的治疗通常是通过手术切除病灶，对于无法通过外科治疗的患者，可以采用放射治疗、药物化疗、免疫疗法及基因治疗等。随着基因组学和分子生物学的发展，目前肿瘤基因治疗已成为肿瘤治疗研究的热点领域之一。BC －819是一种双链 DNA 质粒，可表达白喉毒素 A，对肿瘤细胞具有杀伤作用，目前在肿瘤的基因治疗中的研究日益增多，现就其在肿瘤治疗中的进展作一综述。%Malignant tumor,as a common and frequently -occurring disease,is a serious threat to human health,and cancer mortality rates have been at a higher level.Tumor is usually treated by operation resection of the lesion,while for the patients losing the chance of surgical treatment,radiation therapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy and gene ther-apy can be used as a attempt.Nowadays,with the development of genomics and molecular biology,gene therapy for tumor has become one of the hottest areas of cancer therapy.BC -819(DTA -H19)is a double -stranded DNA plas-mid carrying the gene for the A subunit of diphtheria toxin under the regulation of the H19 gene promoter,and has a killing effect on tumor cells.Now,the study of its role in tumor's gene therapy is growing,we review its progress in cancer therapy.
