心理干预对儿童白血病化疗患者情绪障碍的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the change after psychological intervention in leuKemia childrenˊs psychology,to explore the effective psychological intervention strategies. Methods:All 120 children with leuKemia were randomly di-vided into 2 groups,60 cases in each group. Test group were given psychological intervention on the basis of conven-tional chemotherapy,the control group received conventional chemotherapy. Screening for child anxiety related emo-tional disorders(SCARED)and depression self rating scale for children(DSRSC)evaluation. Results:After treat-ment,in groups anxiety and depression disorder test and total score of anxiety and depression were significant different ( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:LeuKemia children have more psychological problems,especially in the initial stage of diag-nosis and treatment. Effective psychological intervention is helpful to improve the quality of life of the patients.%目的：调查心理干预后白血病儿童心理转变情况，探讨有效的心理干预策略。方法：将120例白血病儿童随机分为2组，每组60例。试验组在常规化疗的基础上给予心理干预；对照组给予常规化疗。应用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查（ SCARED）和儿童抑郁障碍自评量表（ DSRSC）进行评价。结果：治疗后两组白血病儿童焦虑性情绪障碍、抑郁障碍测试及焦虑和抑郁总分比较有显著性差异（ P﹤0.05）。结论：白血病儿童存在较多的心理问题，尤其是在最初的诊断和治疗阶段。有效的心理干预有助于提高患儿的生活质量。
