奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胆道肿瘤的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the efficacy and side effect,TTP of Oxaliplatin and S -1 in treating advanced biliary tract carcionma.Methods:All 31 patients were treated with Oxaliplatin and S -1,repeated every 3 weeks,and evalutated after 2 cycles.Results:All 31 patients finished 6 cycles of the chemotherapy treatment.There were 0 case with complete response (CR),13 cases with partial response (PR),14 cases with stable diseses (SD),4 cases with progression disease (PD),and the overall response rate was 87.09%.Major Toxicitics included leucopenia,nausea, vomiting and neurosensory abnormity.Conclusion:Oxaliplatin combined with S -1 have good effiacy with accepted toxicities in treating patients with advanced biliary tract carcinoma.%目的：观察奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胆道肿瘤的疗效、疾病进展时间及不良反应。方法：31例患者采用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗，每3周重复1次，治疗2个周期后评价疗效。结果：31例患者均完成6个周期的化疗，其中完全缓解0例，部分缓解13例，稳定14例，进展4例，控制率87．09％。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应及外周神经毒性。结论：奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胆道肿瘤有较好的疗效，不良反应可耐受，值得临床推广应用。
