青年与中老年结直肠癌患者的临床特征对比分析

摘要

Objective:To discuss the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma in young patients and elder patients. Methods:Data of 635 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from 2005 to 2008 were stud-ied retrospectively. Results:The incidence rate of colorectal cancer in young people was higher. Female patients was higher than male. Coloreetal cancer in young patients showed poor histological stages,pathological types and lower rates of survival than elder patients. Conclusion:Young patients with colorectal carcinoma were misdiagnosed and misdiagnosed easily. Early diagnosis and treatment can increase the rates of radical operation and survival.%目的：探讨青年及中老年结直肠癌患者的临床特征、治疗及预后。方法：回顾性分析济宁医学院附属医院肿瘤科2005年1月至2008年12月所收治的635例青年及中老年结直肠癌患者，并在临床表现、病理特征、治疗方式及预后等方面做对比研究。结果：青年结直肠癌发病率高，女性高于男性，病期晚，较中老年患者预后差，生存时间短。结论：青年结直肠癌易漏诊，预后差。早发现、早诊断、早治疗可提高青年结直肠癌患者生存率。
