Ese-3在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective:To explore the expression of Ese-3 and the relation between Ese-3 expression and clini-cal pathological features in human colorectal cancer. Methods:Using immunohistochemical technique,we detected the expression of Ese-3 in tumor tissue and para-tumor tissue in 76 patients with colorectal cancer. The correlation be-tween Ese-3 expression and clinical pathological features was analyzed. Results:We found that Ese-3 protein was expressed in the nucleus. Ese-3 protein expression in para-tumor tissue was significantly higher than tumor tissue in human colorectal cancer. Expression of Ese-3 was associated with clinical TNM stage and tumor differentiation de-gree(p﹤0. 05).
