围手术期干预对老年肾癌患者术后谵妄的影响

摘要

目的：探讨围手术期干预对老年肾癌患者术后谵妄的影响。方法：将200例患者随机分为2组，分别给予常规护理和围手术期干预，比较2组患者谵妄的发生率以及术后住院时间和术后并发症的发生率。结果：围手术期干预组患者术后谵妄、平均住院时间、术后并发症的发生率明显低于常规护理组（P ﹤0.05）。结论：围手术期干预能够有效地降低老年肾癌患者术后谵妄的发生，减少住院时间，减少术后并发症的发生，加快康复。%Objective:To investigate the influence of perioperative intervention on postoperative delirium of elderly renal cancer. Methods:All 200 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly and were given routine nursing and peri-operative intervention respectively. We compared the incidence of delirium and postoperative hospital stay and compli-cations of the two groups. Results:The incidence of delirium and postoperative hospital stay and complications of peri-operative intervention patients were obviously lower than those of routine nursing patients(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Perioperative intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of delirium of the elderly patients,reduce the hospital stay and complications,accelerate the recovery of patients.
