口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移分子机制的研究进展

摘要

口腔鳞癌的颈淋巴转移是一个多步骤、多因素参与调控、连续复杂的生物学过程，该过程涉及肿瘤细胞出芽、肿瘤细胞迁移、进入微循环系统、到达靶器官定植新克隆的形成。口腔癌淋巴转移的过程、方式及其机制已成为近年来研究的热点，但是，目前其确切的分子机制仍不明了，本文就口腔癌淋巴结转移的分子生物学研究进展予以综述。%The lymph node metastasis of oral cancer cell is a multistep,consecutive and complex process involving cell separation,transfer,intrusion from microcirculation system,formation of new clone to reach target organs. The process,mode and mechanism of lymph node metastasis in oral cancer have become a hot research topic in recent years. However,the exact molecular mechanism is still unclear. The recent advances will be reviewed.
