cGMP 依赖性蛋白激酶在结直肠癌中的研究现状

摘要

Research shows anti -tumor signaling of cGMP -dependent protein kinase (cGMP -dependent protein kinases,PKG)plays an important role in formation and development of lung cancer,stomach cancer,colorectal cancer and other tumors.Abnormal activation of cGMP/PKG signal may exert antitumor effect through promotion of tumor cell differentiation and apoptosis,inhibition of proliferation,formation of filopodia and tumor angiogenesis.PKG may be-come a potential target for the treatment of tumors.This paper reviewed the role and mechanism of cGMP/PKG signal on anti -colorectal cancer,and provided a theoretical basis for the establishment of targeting cGMP/PKG signal in treatment of colorectal cancer.%在肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌等肿瘤信号研究中发现，cGMP 依赖性蛋白激酶（cGMP －dependent pro-tein kinases，PKG）介导的抗肿瘤信号在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用，异常激活的 cGMP／PKG 信号可通过促进肿瘤细胞分化、凋亡，抑制其增殖、伪足形成以及肿瘤血管生成而发挥抗肿瘤作用。因此，PKG 具有成为治疗肿瘤的信号靶点潜能。本文就 cGMP／PKG 信号抗结直肠癌的作用及其机制进行综述，为靶向 cGMP／PKG信号治疗结直肠癌提供理论依据。
