长链非编码RNA NBAT-1在原发性肝癌中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of long non-coding RNA NBAT-1 in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:RT-PCR was performed to measure the expression level of NBAT-1 in 68 HCC and matched noncancerous tissues.The relationship between NBAT-1 expression and the clinical pathological parameters of patients were analyzed.Results:The expression of NBAT-1 in HCC tissues was significantly lower than in matched noncancerous tissues (P ＜ 0.05).Statistical analysis showed that the expression of NBAT-1 in HCC tissues was not obviously correlated with age, gender, HBV, AFP, tumor size and number of patients (P ＞ 0.05), however, there were significant differences of NBAT-1 expression in histological grade, TNM stage and venous infiltration (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:NBAT-1 was down-regulation in HCC tissues,and may be participate in the development and progression of HCC.%目的:探讨长链非编码RNA NBAT-1在原发性肝癌组织中的表达及意义.方法:利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测68例肝癌及其癌旁组织标本中NBAT-1的表达,分析NBAT-1的表达水平与肝癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系.结果:NBAT-1在原发性肝癌组织中低表达(P＜0.05),NBAT-1的表达水平与组织学分级、TNM分期、门静脉浸润相关(P＜0.05),而与性别、年龄、乙肝病毒(HBV)感染情况、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平、肿瘤大小和肿瘤数量不相关(P＞0.05).结论:NBAT-1在肝癌组织中表达下调,提示其可能参与肝癌的发生发展过程.
