Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in the digestive system,Colorectal cancer with obstruction is a clinical common acute abdominal disease.About 7%-30% of the patients with colorectal cancer have acute intestinal obstruction and about 70% of colorectal malignant obstruction is located in the left half colon or rectum.In recent years, with the application of intestinal metal stent,colorectal cancer with obstruction patients could get a better effect.Stent followed by laparoscopic colectomy has less trauma,fewer complications,high rate of one-stage tumor resection,better tolerance,and fast recovery,etc.However,it alos has some shortcomings,and still controversial.The application and research progress of stent followed by laparoscopic colectomy technology in the left colon cancer with obstruction will be discussed in this review.%结直肠癌是消化系统中常见恶性肿瘤,约7%-30%的结直肠癌患者会出现急性肠梗阻,其中约70%的结直肠恶性梗阻位于左半结肠或直肠.近年来,随着肠道金属支架的应用,结直肠癌伴梗阻患者获得较好的疗效.双镜技术具有创伤性小、并发症少、肿瘤一期切除率高、患者耐受性好、术后恢复快等优点,但是双镜技术也有各种不足,而且金属支架置入术后手术时机的选择仍存在争议.本文就双镜技术在左半结肠癌伴梗阻中的应用研究进展展开综述.
