Flot2基因与恶性肿瘤的关系

摘要

脂筏是生物膜上具有重要生物学功能的微结构域,近年来有越来越多的研究发现其特征蛋白Flot2基因在鼻咽癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、肾癌、恶性黑色素瘤等肿瘤中存在异常表达,体内外实验表明其与肿瘤的增殖、侵袭和转移密切相关.本文就Flot2基因的结构、功能及其与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展做一综述.%Lipid rafts are the microdomains of biological membrane that have vital biological functions.In recent years,more and more researches found that its characterized protein Flot2 was abnormally expressed in nasopharyngeal cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer,renal cell carcinoma,malignant melanoma and other cancers.Moreover,in vivo and in vitro experiments showed that Flot2 was closely related with tumor proliferation,invasion and metastasis.In this paper,the structure and function of Flot2 gene and its relationship with malignant tumors were reviewed.
