miR －375在食管癌中的研究进展

摘要

MicroRNAs is a class of non -protein encoding small RNA molecule.It plays an important role in a varie-ty of human physiological and pathological process.A large number of studies show that the abnormal expression of miRNAs is one of the important features of the tumor.Among them,miR -375 is closely related with esophageal canc-er.The lower expression of miR -375 in esophageal cancer tissue and patients'serum,showed that the patients with poor prognosis.%MicroRNAs（miRNAs）是一类非蛋白编码的微小 RNA 分子，在人类多种生理和病理过程中起着重要的调节作用。大量研究表明，miRNAs 异常表达是肿瘤的重要特征之一。其中，miR －375和食管癌关系十分密切。miR －375在食管癌组织和血清中的低表达，表明患者预后较差。
