艾蒿黄酮动物(大鼠)长期毒性实验

         

摘要

Objective To observe the long-term toxicity influence of physiological characteristics on rats by using flavonoids of moxa for dermal application. Methods The rats of either sex were divided into three groups, use flavonoids of moxa by dermal application to the rats given doses of 80, 40 and 20 mg/(kg-d) for 3 months, and 24 h before dermal administration, an area (about 4 cm×5 cm) near the spinal column was made with depilatory for the applicator experiments. Results After dermal application, the appearance, general activity and body weight of rats had no significant difference compared with the control group. The indices of hematology, serum biochemistry and organs of rats had no significant difference either. Rat toxicity dose was 80 mg/(kg-d)(equivalent to 160 times of the clinical dose). Conclusion Flavonoids of moxa is used on rat skin topical administration with high, medium and low doses for 3 months, there is no significant toxicity.%目的 观察艾蒿黄酮对大鼠生理特征的长期毒性影响.方法 大鼠雌雄兼用分3组,艾蒿黄酮按80、40和20 mg/(kg·d)连续3个月给大鼠皮肤外用给药,给药前24 h用脱毛剂在大鼠脊柱附近脱面积4 cm×5 cm的毛,用于涂药实验.结果 给药后大鼠外观体征、一般活动性、体重与对照组比较无明显差异,3组给药大鼠血液学指标、血液生化学指标、脏器指数与对照组比较无显著差异性,大鼠毒性反应剂量为80 mg/(kg·d)(相当于临床剂量的160倍).结论 艾蒿黄酮按高、中、低3种规格连续3个月对大鼠皮肤外用给药,结果 显示未见明显的毒性反应.
