城乡统筹视角下的都市农业园区规划研究--以句容市华阳镇为例

摘要

都市农业是当前推进城乡一体化进程的有效路径，都市农业园区化是其发展的现实选择。但都市农业在发展中还存在产业化组织程度较低、园区空间建设品质不高、基础设施建设相对滞后、品牌特色不明显及流通服务体系不完善等诸多问题。以句容市华阳镇为例，其都市农业园区正是立足于以城乡功能对接为核心、都市农业园区为载体、加速城乡一体化进程为目标的规划视角进行统筹和规划的。深入研究该规划，对于推动城乡融合、促进城乡统筹、推进同类型都市农业园区的规划和建设具有十分重要的意义。%　　Urban agriculture is an effective way to promote urban-rural integration .The urban agricultural park is a realistic choice for the development of urban agriculture ,but there are problems in the development of urban agriculture :such as ,low level of industrial organization ,poor quality of construction of park space , lag of infrastructure construction ,indistinctive brand features ,imperfect system of distribution and service and so on .The paper explores the planning of the urban agriculture park in Huayang Town of Jurong City taking complementation of functions of urban and rural areas as the core and urban agriculture parks as a car -rier so as to accelerate the process of integration of urban and rural areas in order to provide guidance for the construction of similar urban agriculture parks .
