目的 评估现阶段经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystecto-my,TUSPLC)的安全性、可行性及优势.方法 回顾分析我院肝胆胰脾外科开展的经脐单孔LC 40 例临床资料.结果 40 例手术中37 例成功,手术时间48~130 min,平均71 min,术中出血量1~30 mL,住院3~5 d,平均3.6d,术后无近期并发症发生.随访3~24 个月未见远期并发症发生,腹部切口愈合后无明显疤痕.未成功的病例中2 例改为三孔法、1 例中转开腹.结论 在严格选择适应证的基础上,具有熟练的传统LC 技术与经验后可开展单孔法LC,能最大程度地实现手术微创、疤痕小、美容效果等目的,具有推广价值.%Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic chole-cystectomy (LC). Methods The clinical data of 40 cases underwent single-port LC were summarized. Results Thirty-seven patients were operated successfully, the operative duration varied from 48 min to 130 min, with the average of 71 min. Estimated blood loss in operation varied from 1 mL to 30 mL. The hospital stay var-ied from 3 d to 5 d, with the average of 3.6 d, no short-term or long-term complications were observed dur-ing follow-up of 3~24 months. Their abdominal incision scars were inconspicuous. Two patients converted to three-port LC and one patient converted to open cholecystectomy. Conclusion With skilled surgical technique and experience of tranditional LC, single-port LC can be safely carried out with advantages of mini-invasion, small scar, and cosmetic effect, which is worthy of spread.
