By discussing the system of teacher education and the reform contents of educational courses in Japan of late, this paper reveals the practice-oriented reform features and methods. This paper aims to explore the evolution of Japan' s postwar teacher education reform in terms of changes in educational philosophy and teacher qualification standards, esp. the structural changes in teacher's training courses so as to analyze Japan' s teacher education reform and its problems, to interpret its practice-oriented content and features, and to provide reference for China' s teacher education reform.%通过对日本近年来所进行的教师教育制度及教育课程改革内容的研究,揭示其以实践取向为重心的改革特点。文章追寻战后日本的教师教育改革的轨迹,从教师教育理念的转变,教师资格标准的改革,尤其是教师培养的课程结构变化等几个侧面,分析日本在教师教育方面所进行的改革和存在的问题,解读改革的实践取向,为中国教师教育改革提供参考。
